HOW TO USE:
Surface Preparation
Ensure that surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry, sound and free of dust, frost, grease and soap residue.
Wipe surfaces using clean lint-free cloth saturated with solvent (Recommended solvents include isopropyl alcohol, mineral spirits, toluene, xylene, naphtha or similar solvent. DO NOT USE gasoline or kerosene). Then use a dry wipe to remove remaining solvent and residue for optimum cleaning. Repeat if necessary.
NOTE: When using flammable solvents, keep away from heat and open flames. Use only with adequate ventilation. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact.
Do not flood surfaces with more solvent than necessary. Do not clean surfaces with soap, detergent or any water-based cleaner.

Priming
Primers are not usually required on ceramic, glass and glazed surfaces, but it is possible that certain products should be primed for maximum adhesion. A bead of the silicone sealant on the substrate material to test adhesion prior to applying is always recommended.

 Masking
Areas adjacent to the joints should be masked with tape to prevent contamination of the substrates and to ensure a neat sealant line.
Masking tape should be removed immediately after tooling.

 Applying sealant
Cut the nozzle at an angle of 45° depending on the shape and specification needed. screw nozzle onto cartridge and place it into caulking gun. Air-operated or hand-operated caulking guns can be used. Apply sealant to the bottom of the joint to fill the joint completely and to ensure adhesion to both sides of the joint. Do not simply lay a bead on the surface as the sealant will not penetrate the joint under its own weight.

 Tooling
Tool the sealant immediately after application and before a skin forms. Remove masking immediately after tooling.
After tooling and a skin has formed, do not disturb the joint for 48 hours. A previously opened cartridge may be reused by removing the cured plug of sealant from the tip.

 Clean-Up
Excess sealant should be cleaned off tools and surfaces while it is in the uncured state, but using a commercial solvent such as isopropyl alcohol or mineral spirits.

 Maintenance
Cured sealant can be cleaned with soap and water. If sealant becomes damaged, replace damaged portion.

PRECAUTIONS:
Please read the safety data sheet of this product prior to use
• Avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor
• Pay attention to ventilation in the working areas
• Uncured products should avoid contact with children
