1129 Quick-drying Silver Grey RTV Silicone Gasket Maker

1129 RTV Silicone Gasket is a one component, fast cure silicone sealant which provide reliable "formed-in-place"gaskets which is particularly suitable for the automotive aftermarket repair market. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a tough and flexible silicone rubber gasket. Non-corrosive and resistant to water, oil and other damaging fluids. Stable and flexible from -60°C  to +300°C, and intermittent exposure to 320°C.

Automobile: cylinder head top covers, cylinder case halves, transmission center and end covers, exhaust manifolds, crank case halves, valve covers, cam covers, timing chain cases, primary drives, side covers, and clutch housings.
Motorcycle: Case halves, carburetor gaskets
1129 High Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket also can be widely used for flange sealing of mechanical, electronic and chemical equipment.

Packaging Information:
1129 High Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket is supplied in 55g tubes, 85g tube, 300ml cartridges and 200L drum bulk packaging.

Usable Life and Storage:
When stored at or below 27°C in the original unopened containers, it has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.

Instructions for use:
• The thickness should be no more than 6mm.
• In order to achieve optimum results, use acetone or alcohol to clean the bonded surface before applying 1128 High Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket
• Apply evenly to a surface to form a continuous closed apron, then assemble the two flange faces. Usually initial solid in 1 hour, and fully cured in 24 hours.
• After gluing, close the assembly and remove excess glue which is squeezed out
• Use it as soon as possible after opening it. Once it has not been used, the next time you use it, you can continue to use it after extruding the cured part.

Safety instructions:
• Avoid contact with eyes before curing. If touch eyes by accidentally, rinse immediately with clean water and do the appropriate treatment.
• Please use in a well ventilated environment
• Uncured products should be kept out of reach of children; be placed out of reach of children
