1201 Junction Box and Back Sheet Adhesive is one component, room temperature curing silicone sealant which is specially designed for bonding and sealing between junction box and back sheep. It has good bonding performance to various backing materials and junction boxes, and has excellent resistance to tear , weather and aging.

APPLICATION:
1201 Junction Box and Back Sheet Adhesive is used for the bonding of solar PV module junction box onto back sheet. It can provides long-lasting, reliable bonding to a variety of back sheet materials and junction boxes, while providing excellent tear and weathering resistance.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:
1201 Junction Box and Back Sheet Adhesive is supplied in 300ml disposable plastic cartridges, 400ml and 600ml foil sausages, 20L pails and 200L drum bulk packaging.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
When stored between 8°C~27°C in the original unopened containers, 1201 Junction Box and Back Sheet Adhesive has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.

• Thoroughly clean the surface of the substrate with a suitable solvent such as alcohol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, etc.
• Some plastics may require special surface treatment for optimum adhesion. For example, polypropylene and polytetrafluoroethylene require chemical or plasma treatment to achieve optimum adhesion.
• The uncured sealant should be in contact with the eyes. If it is in contact with the eyes, please rinse with clean water and contact the doctor.
• Pay attention to ventilation in the construction and curing areas.
