P100 High Performance Multi-purpose PU Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant

P100 is a multi-purpose, one-component, non-sag, gun-grade, high performance polyurethane adhesive sealant. Cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanent elastomeric rubber. Excellent adhesion characteristics for general sealing and bonding applications.

Method of Application:
▪ Cleaning away the dust, greasy dirty and water. Please use steel brush to clean the easy peeling rust. If necessary, wipe the surface with alcohol or other solvents.
▪ No need primer under normal circumstances, for some special substate surface , please use the suitable primer in order to result in the best performance.
▪ Cutting nozzle as required size and screw up it on the sealant bottle, apply sealant by the manually-operated or compressed-Air sealant gun.

Caution:
▪ Please used up it when the sealant is opened , otherwise please seal the nozzle well.
▪ The best work condition is at the temperature of 15~25°C.
▪ Apply the water site,the sealant should be cured completely before water flooding.
▪ Make an adhesion and compatibility test between sealant and substrate prior to use.

Storage and Shelf Life:
▪ 12 months from date of production if stored in undamaged original unopened containers, in dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
