ZK816 High Performance DGU Double Glazing Units Glass Silicone Adhesive Sealant

ZK816 DGU Double Glazing Units Glass Silicone Adhesive Sealant is a two-part, high peformance silicone sealant and ideal as a secondary sealant for triple and double glazed units. ZK816 Insulating Glass Silicone Structural Sealant is a two-part , neutral cure, high modulus, high performance RTV silicone sealant. A primary seal of polyisobutylene is required to prevent moisture vapor from transmitting into the airspace as well as retain gasses (such as argon) in the IG unit.

Structural glazing as secondary sealant for insulating glass units which used in high-rise or super high-rise buildings. ( Insulating glass unit for hidden framing glass curtain wall, semi-exposed framing glass curtain 
wall, point-supported glass curtain wall and large-size exposed framing glass curtain wall ).

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
ZK816 DGU Double Glazing Units Glass Silicone Adhesive Sealant should be stored in the original sealed containers at or below 27°C. Both the base(Part A) and the curing agent(Part B) have a shelf life of 12 months from date of production.
