JS907 Polysulfide Based Secondary Edge Sealant for Insulating Glass Units 

JS907 Polysulfide Insulating Glass Sealant is a two-part, solvent-free, room temperature curing sealant specifically designed for secondary edge seal in insulating glass units. JS907 polysulfide Sealant has high strength, high elasticity, good adhesion to glass, aluminium, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and galvanized steel, especially good adhesion to Low-E coated glass after film removal. JS907 polysulfide Sealant is suitable for insulating glass automatic production line (mechanical operation) and manual production line (manual operation).

FEATURES:
• Good adhesion to glass, especially to Low-E coated glass after film removal.
• Good adhesion to most insulating glass spacer materials, such as aluminum alloy, aluminum, stainless steel, etc .
• Excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance and chemical resistance, which can avoid the failure of the seal of the insulating glass due to the incompatibility of the sealant and the insulating glass material, thereby providing excellent protection for the insulating glass.
• Due to its low permeability to most solvents, oils and plasticizers, JS907 is also suitable for non-rigid warm-edge spacer systems, such as TPS, etc .
• Good compatibility with polyisobutylene sealants.
• Minimum thickness of the sealant is 5.0mm for gas-filled IG. (In practical applications, the appropriate thickness should be determined according to the size, weight of the double glazed units, the size of the spacer frame and the design of the glass system.)

APPLICATIONS:
•  JS907 polysulfide Sealant is specially designed for the second edge seal in insulating glass units, which is widely used in the sealing of insulating glass in the construction, transportation, refrigeration and other industries. JS907 polysulphide Sealant has good adhesion to glass, especially to Low-E coated glass.
