Ultra-low-modulus Sealant for New and Remedial Construction Joint Sealing Applications 

SR619 Silicone Joint Sealant is a non-sagging, one component, neutral room temperature cure silicone sealant. Specially designed for the sealing of cement concrete pavement joints. It is easy to use and reacts with moisture in the atmosphere at room temperature to cure into an elastic silicone rubber with excellent weather resistance. SR619 Silicone Joint Sealant is an ideal concrete joint sealant that can be used in new concrete pavement construction, repair or remedial applications.

This sealant meets or exceeds the requirements of:
• JC/T 976 SR 50LM
• ASTM D 5893 Type NS

PACKAGING INFORMATION:
SR619 Silicone Joint Sealant is supplied in 300ml cartridge, 590 ml foil sausages and 200L drum bulk packaging.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
When stored at or below 27°C in the original unopened containers, it has a usable life of 9 months from the date of production.

LIMITATIONS:
• Do not work in inclement weather
• New concrete or asphalt pavements must be cured or air dried before using this product
• Not suitable for long-term or continuous water immersion
• Do not use in a totally confined space, because sealant requires atmospheric moisture to cure
• Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces
• Not suitable for all materials that bleed grease, plasticizers or solvents
• Do not apply at temperatures below 4°C or when substrate surface temperatures exceed 50°C
• Sealant should be applied below the road surface to prevent wear
