1205 High Efficiency Silicone Sealant for ribbon  

1205 Silicone Sealant is one component, ready-to-use, high performance which is design for bonding and sealing the cut area of ribbon. In the cut area of the leading out ribbon at the back sheet, the external moisture is easily penetrated into the interior of the solar cell module to affect the conversion efficiency of the solar cell. In order to prevent external moisture from penetrating into the interior of the solar cell module from the cut area, it is necessary to seal with an adhesive. Adhesives should have good insulation, and have certain requirements on viscosity. Low viscosity of the adhesive is not enough to build up the thickness, and the sealing effect is not achieved. High viscosity does not infiltrate the ribbon well, which affects the sealing affect. 1205 Silicone Sealant for ribbon has moderate viscosity, excellent infiltration and sealing capability and very suitable for bonding and sealing the cut area. 1205 Silicone Sealant for ribbon can effectively prevent external moisture or other media from adversely affecting the cell.
